2. What data we process
The data you provide in the quote, export or contact forms, or when you write to us by email, phone or WhatsApp:
- Identity and contact: name, company, email and phone.
- Request details: country, city, brand, model, VIN, part numbers, description, Incoterm and shipping mode.
- Minimal technical data: language, source page, date and IP address, used for security and to prevent abusive submissions.
We do not request special categories of data. If you act on behalf of a company, please only provide business contact details.
3. Purposes
- Answering your quote requests, including export requests.
- Answering your enquiries and keeping the communication needed to prepare and, where applicable, fulfil the order.
- Protecting the site against abuse (for example rate limiting).
We do not use your data to send advertising without your consent or for profiling with legal effects.
4. Legal basis
- Your consent, given by ticking the form checkbox (Art. 6.1(a) GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time.
- Taking pre-contractual steps at your request, such as preparing a quote (Art. 6.1(b) GDPR), and performing the contract if you accept the quote.
- Compliance with legal, tax and accounting obligations when a sale takes place (Art. 6.1(c) GDPR).
- Legitimate interest in site security (Art. 6.1(f) GDPR).
5. Processors and recipients
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. To provide the service we use these providers, acting as data processors:

We may also disclose data to carriers and freight forwarders to ship an accepted order, to banks to process payment, and to public authorities when required by law.
6. Retention
We keep data from requests that do not lead to an order for up to 24 months from the last contact, to deal with related enquiries, unless you ask for deletion earlier. If a sale takes place, data is kept for the legally required periods (for example tax and commercial obligations). It is then deleted or blocked.
7. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to ibernort@gmail.com or to the postal address above, stating the right you are exercising.
If you are in the EU and believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted database access and controls against automated submissions.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
