1. Scope
These terms apply to quotes and parts sales by IBERNORT LLC to business customers (companies, fleets, workshops and distributors), mainly for export to Latin America and other international markets. They are not aimed at consumers or at the Spanish or European domestic market. Any specific terms stated in each quote prevail over these general terms.

2. Quote-based sales
The site is not an online shop. You send a request and we reply with a quote. A quote is not binding until you expressly accept it (in writing, by email or WhatsApp) and we confirm the order. Each quote states its validity period.
3. Prices and availability
Prices and availability are subject to confirmation at the time of order, as they may vary by supplier and market. The quote states the currency (EUR or USD), applicable taxes and shipping costs or the agreed delivery term.
4. Compatibility
We check part compatibility using the VIN, part numbers and data you provide. You are responsible for that data being accurate and complete. We are not liable for incompatibilities caused by incorrect or incomplete data, or by vehicle modifications you did not tell us about.
5. Payment
Unless the quote states otherwise, payment is made by bank transfer in advance. The order is prepared once payment is received. Other payment terms apply only if agreed in writing.
6. Shipping and delivery
Lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
For export, delivery, transfer of risk and allocation of costs are governed by the Incoterms® 2020 rule agreed in the quote (for example EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF or DAP). Unless otherwise agreed, import clearance, duties, taxes and documentary requirements of the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and their customs broker.
Check the goods on receipt and report any visible damage to the carrier and to us as soon as possible.
7. Returns and warranty
Returns and warranty are governed by the terms agreed in each quote and applicable law. Electrical or electronic parts, special orders and installed parts may have specific conditions, stated in the quote. As these are business-to-business sales, consumer withdrawal rights do not apply.
8. Trademarks
Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and parts brand names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to indicate compatibility. IBERNORT is not an official dealer or distributor of any manufacturer. Each quote states whether the part is original or aftermarket and who makes it.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as losses from vehicle downtime, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law unless the quote states another law. The parties submit to the courts of Madrid (Spain), unless they agree in writing on another venue or on international commercial arbitration.
